With a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, she has amassed a wealth of experience in the world of pharma & health, at first as a specialized Medical Advisor in two major pharmaceutical companies, to then moving onto Medical-Scientific projects in communication and marketing agencies.

During her 17 years in the company, she has covered the role of Scientific Copywriter and then Account Manager, dealing with specialized products in various areas of treatment and the management of both traditional and digital meetings in …the Italian and International Pharmaceutical market.

Currently, she is working in Business Development, with a dedicated team, supporting clients in multi-channel and multi-target strategy definition in the field of communication and event organization in Healthcare.

Planning and organization of incentives and events, with a solid and multi-year international experience: team work and organization are her DNA. The continuous interaction with companies and people of different cultures and backgrounds allows her to place curiosity, interpersonal skills and empathy combined with specific skills in the optimal management of all work processes, suggesting innovative and exciting solutions at the service of customers and partners. Listening carefully to needs and expectations leads her to identify and motivate the most suitable choices, with a constant overview of all the aspects involved, whether they are logistical, creative, technological. Assisted by an adept team, she deals with Business Development in addition to the development of strategy, format and content to propose to clients.
Passionate about music, cinema and omnivorous reader, She believe in experiences of value as a possibility of shared wellbeing.
